Shipping & Returns

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

For Australian orders over $300 we provide complimentary Express Post shipping (delivery approx. 1-2 business days after dispatch) via Australia Post.

For Australian orders under $300, standard shipping via Australia post is a flat rate of $10. Express post shipping is a flat rate of $15.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW

All successful orders of in-stock items will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Delivery time frames depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number.

Delivery time frames indicated above are based on addresses in metro areas. If you are in a regional area, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.

Signature upon delivery is required. Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. If you are unable to receive your order, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of a successful delivery.

If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, One September is not responsible for any incorrect information.

Customers who refuse a shipment from One September are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.

RETURNS

Returns are only offered in cases where items arrive faulty or damaged. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Items must not have been worn or washed.

One September reserves the right to deny any unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Any shipping, return fees, and/or duties and taxes paid will not be refunded. 

One September is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
